The fitness center is open 5am – midnight for members only.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you are new to yoga or have been a yoga student for years, our fabulous instructors are here to offer support wherever you are on your yoga journey.
Yoga is a supportive practice for physical, mental and spiritual health. Our yoga classes offer numerous benefits including:
- increased flexibility and movement around the joints
- lowered heart rate with controlled breathing practice
- increased muscle tone
- helps with injury prevention
- improved energy and mood
You will find PiYo to be a fun combination of yoga and Pilates concentrating on core strength. PiYo:
- combines strength and stretching
- includes aspects of Pilates core training and the stretching of Yoga to create an entirely new workout experience
- low-impact and adaptable for all ages and levels
- no additional equipment is needed other than a mat (however, some classes may incorporate light weights, loops or bands)
Instructors
Gina Parry
Gina is our PiYo instructor at the club. She has taught yoga for the past 10 years and recently completed her NETA Hatha Yoga continuing education.
Gina moved here from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 16 years ago. Her formative years were spent successfully passing yearly examinations through the Royal Academy of Ballet curriculum, in the United Kingdom. She went on to perform professionally on stage and television in the UK, Europe and here, in the USA. Her love grew for the Vaganova Classical Ballet curriculum and she continues to learn and teach when she has the opportunity. Gina holds a Masters in teaching K-12 math from UNCC.
In her free time, you can find her playing pickleball and on the lake with family and friends.
Catherine Wulfhorst
Catherine and her husband have lived in Denver, NC with their three children since 2000. She has been teaching yoga for 12 years and works as a physical therapist at Abernathy Laurels. Catherine loves her work and in her spare time you can find her on the tennis court. She also enjoys tapping into her creative side and making original pieces of pottery.
Jenny Fulton
Jenny is our personal trainer on staff. She is a mid-western girl from Chicago who moved down to beautiful Denver, NC in 2020. She is loving the Southern hospitality and friendliness of Denver and is excited to be here with her family, lovely weather, and never-ending beauty in nature.
Prior to moving to the area, Jenny trained at Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago for 4 years. Midtown is a well known tennis club amongst a variety of clubs in Canada and the US. She is passionate about form and developing personalized and corrective exercise programs for tennis players to improve their game.
