Vinyasa Yoga with Julie – Mon/Wed at 6:30 pm
Zumba – Thursday at 6:30 pm

If you are new to yoga or have been a yoga student for years, we have two fabulous instructors, Catherine and Julie, who invite you to a class that will suit your needs.

Meet Savannah.
Hi my name is Savannah. I was born in Chicago but spent the last 10 years of my life in Sarasota, Florida where I studied yoga and received my 200hr yoga teacher certification. Yoga has been a passion of mine for years. If I wasn’t working you’d probably find me on my mat. I feel Yoga gives us the opportunity to slow down, reflect on life, and breath. It gives us a chance to relax and take care of not only the body but the mind too. I practice all styles of yoga but some of my favorite are vinyasa, hatha, restorative and yin. My goal as a yoga teacher is to help you learn each pose in a way that is accessible in your own body and to help guide you into a place of peace and deep relaxation. I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Namasate.
